be an expert in every field. Accordingly, instead of performing every single function in-house, we have chosen to form relationships
with other companies who we consider experts at what they do.
This allows us to provide the best services to our customers, without attempting to be "jacks of all trades".
With the growing popularity of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) (or "Cloud Computing"), in real terms,
this approach has translated into our working with a number of APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) for popular
systems that fulfil important business functions.
3rd Party API and Gateways
KashFlow is a web-based accountancy application. There isn't a lot more to say apart from that we use it ourselves and it has had a significant,
positive impact on our business - to the point where we heartily recommend it. We've carried out several integrations with their extensive API, so
if you want to hook KashFlow up to your own bespoke systems (or to another 3rd party application), we are more than ready to help you.

No-one can deny the importance (or effectiveness) of Email Marketing - or running your own newsletter. There are a wealth of providers available,
but after trialling several, we found that MailChimp suited us best. Maybe it's because, like us, they're a little bit kooky - or just because the
analytics available with their software are fantastic. Either way, we've integrated several sites and applications via their gateway and think
MailChimp is almost as cool as an actual monkey!

During the design stages of our
eCommerce application
, we put a lot of time and energy into evaluating the available Payment Gateway services in the UK and Channel Islands.
Considering numerous factors including ease of integration, quality of support (both technical and business)
as well as cost and performance, we chose PayOffshore as our preferred provider for payment integration.

Also the pros and cons of PayPal are numerous, the one thing which cannot be debated is their popularity. Many online merchants consider support
for PayPal accounts to be essential (even if you use another gateway to process credit card transactions). We developed a .NET Interface as
part of our Shopping Cart Software
and now reuse the same module often in client projects.
