The ordering process flow currently supported by our eCommerce platform is very simple, and although it is suitable for new e-retailers, new
customers may require more sophistication. We are dedicated to improving the business support tools built into our framework, and are working hard
on this area of the eCommerce system.
Essentially once a customer has completed placing an order (and payment has been successfully taken), you will be able to view the details via your
administration menu, by selecting Manage Orders. From here you can view the details of all open orders, and update them - setting them to dispatched,
as and when they are shipped.
A customer notification is automatically sent when an order is updated to dispatched.
