Because the underlying eCommerce framework which runs your eCommerce website
is shared between all of our customers, we are constantly developing new
features and improving upon existing ones. From time to time we will contact you to schedule a short outage of your eCommerce shop so that we can perform
a platform update.
We may also do this if you have requested any changes to be made.
We will only perform updates when a time slot has been mutually agreed. Outages for update purposes typically last for a few hours, and we will
do our utmost to schedule them outside of the periods when your site receives most of it's traffic (e.g. during working hours if most of your sales
are made during the evening, or vice versa).
