To make a Stock Entry, first log in to your site using your administrative email address and password. Then select Manage Stock from the menu,
and click create entry. This will prompt you to select the date from which the entry applies, as well as the type.
Once you have saved this, click the "edit" link next to the new entry. Now you will see a list of all the products available for
counting - enter text in the filter box to reduce this list, or click a product to add it to the selection. At the bottom of the screen is a link
to update the record using the currently selected products.
Once products have been added (they will have a quantity of 1 assigned to them by default), you can change the quantity to any value you like. Set
this to zero to mark a product as out of stock.
When you have finished adding products, click the save link to save the stock entry.
You will then need to click "confirm" on the next screen to make your entry active - this is to prevent unexpected changes to stock levels!
