Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time as long as you give us one full months notice. The only restriction we apply is upon
cancellation - a minimum contact period is likely to apply.
Your monthly fee will be adjusted once the upgrade/downgrade has been completed - typically on the first day of the next calendar month.
