Can I upgrade from one eCommerce package to another? Or downgrade?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time as long as you give us one full months notice. The only restriction we apply is upon cancellation - a minimum contact period is likely to apply.

Your monthly fee will be adjusted once the upgrade/downgrade has been completed - typically on the first day of the next calendar month.
