Our "minor works" web development service
(Fix-ation) is our way of making professional web development (and associated) services
accessible to small businesses and sole traders.
It's hard to find a web development agency who will take you on if all you want are a few simple changes - it's
even harder to find one who will listen to any problems you have, and offer a way to solve them - without simply recommending a whole new website.
Not any more. When our clients talk to us, we listen, because if our clients are doing well, it means more business for us!
It's simple. When you get stuck, have a problem, or aren't sure what to do,

We'll produce a clear and concise schedule of works
outlining the proposed solutions to your issues, and together we'll get them fixed - as quickly as possible.
What services are available?
It's more a question of "what problems do you have?" - our team is mainly composed of
experienced IT professionals,
but we cover a few other disciplines as well.
We can offer a range of services (and have trusted experts available in other areas), including:

What will it cost me?
The pricing for this service is simple and all prices stated below are exclusive of VAT at 17.5%.

The minimum charge (for each engagement) is £25. This includes the first hour of labour.

The second and subsequent hour(s) of labour are charged at £30 per hour, upto a maximum of 3 hours in total (larger jobs do not qualify for Fix-ation).

We strive to get things right. But if we don't, you get a peace-of-mind 30 day warranty on all changes (as long as no other changes are made by a
yourself, or a 3rd party in that time).

In order to qualify for Fix-ation rates, you must be a sole trader or small business, based in the UK. Invoices must be paid within 30 days or
they will revert to our standard pricing. Fix-ation rates can only be applied when we
are asked to modify an existing site - not to the creation of an entirely new website. We reserve the right to define "jobs" and
exercise our discretion in the application of special pricing.
Fixation rates ARE available to existing Mattched IT eCommerce
customers who wish to make minor alterations to their websites.
How do I get started?
The first time you engage us to undertake some work for you, we'll probably need to have a conversation about your business, and what you do. Once
we have all the information needed, you've given us details of the problem and we've agreed the details (cost, timescale, access to the source code),
we'll get on with the work and let you know as soon as it's finished.
