Software is what we do. But that doesn't mean we feel we should build everything from scratch ourselves - there are some fantastic products already out there and
reinventing the wheel is often a waste of everyones time. Accordingly, we have chosen to form relationships with other companies who are really good at what they do.
In reality, the recent growth in the popularity of "Cloud Computing" and the related acronyms (e.g SaaS - Software-as-a-Service), this means that we've been
busy building integrations with a number of third party APIs (Application Programming Interfaces). You can see some of the most popular ones listed here.
3rd Party APIs and Gateways
KashFlow is a web-based accounting application. There isn't a lot more to say apart from that we use it ourselves and it has had a significant,
positive impact on our business - to the point where we highly recommend it. We've carried out several integrations with their API, so
if you want to hook KashFlow up to your own bespoke systems (or another 3rd party application), we'd be happy to help you.
No-one can deny the importance (or effectiveness) of Email Marketing - running your own newsletter. There are a myriad of providers available,
but after trialling several, we've found that MailChimp suits us best. Maybe it's because, like us, they're a little bit kooky - or just because the
analytics available with their software are fantastic. Either way, we've integrated several sites and applications via their gateway and think
MailChimp is as cool as bananas!
During the design stages of our eCommerce platform, we spent a lot of time researching and evaluating the Payment Gateway services available in the UK (and Channel Islands).
Considering various factors including ease of integration, quality of support (both technical and business) as well as cost and performance,
PayOffshore came out trumps and remain our first choice for payment integration.

It's not just what you can see. We do a lot of work with APIs & Gateways (including building them), if you need to integrate a 3rd party

Partnerships
Run by Adam Wood, based in Bristol, Coding Stable specialise in building websites and web applications for both desktop and mobile,
using PHP, valid (x)HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
As well as working directly for clients, they also provide sub-contract (out-sourced) development services to
other agencies.
2nd Floor is a digital design and web design company run by Chris Wharton, Creative Director and Designer and Jude Wharton, Business Director and Copywriter.
Chris has almost 10 years experience in the industry and his skills range from sketchbook designs right through to website build.
He is also a Prince 2 Project Manager, has run a design studio and worked with clients big and small. Jude has a background in education and training, procurement
and project management and has a Chartered Management Institute qualification in Management and Leadership.
2nd Floor is based on the south coast not far from Southampton, Winchester and Portsmouth and in easy reach of London.
