Although accurate at time of publication, the figures shown here are for illustration only and are subject to change. Unless otherwise stated all prices are exclusive of UK VAT. We provide a quote for all works prior to commencement.

Development Rates

Our standard rate for all software development services (including web) is £400 per 8-hour man-day or £50 per hour pro-rata. We typically quote on projects in days and our minimum billing unit is one hour. A reduced rate is available at our discretion to existing clients requiring minor changes.

We provide a ninety (90) day warranty on all development work. Extended warranties and maintenance agreements are available upon request.

Website Hosting

All web-hosting is provided on high quality equipment leased from leading providers. We do not apply bandwidth limits or disk-space, but do expect all customer websites to be in-line with what we consider "reasonable use". The fees listed are for a typical site - some situations (e.g. should you require a dedicated server, wish to host video content, etc) may require a more expensive configuration.

Single page "Business Card" website (or holding page) from £30.00 per annum.

Simple "static content" website from £90.00 per annum.

"Database Driven" website from £180.00 per annum.

All hosting includes support, management and backups (where applicable). We also handle any 404 (missing page) errors which occur to ensure visitors can still reach your site. Because we offer a fully managed environment, FTP access is only available upon request.

If you wish to host your website with us, but we have not been involved in the development, we reserve the right to bill any time required for installing and/or configuring it within our platform.

Email and Webmail

Email hosting is available at a cost of £10 per domain, per annum plus £5.00 per mailbox per annum (100mb quota, WebMail, SMTP and POP3 enabled) or £2.00 per redirection per annum (directing all mail for a specific user to another service).

If we are hosting your website, access to SMTP for that website as well as domain and account forwarding are available free of charge.

Domain Names and SSL Certificates

Clients are encouraged to register their own domains, but if you would prefer we do so for you, the following charges apply:

.co.uk (2 years), .com/.org/net (1 year) for £10.00

.co, .je, .gg and others (POA)

Nameserver hosting (1 year) for £15.00 - e.g. if you have a ".je" domain and need nameservers to point it at your website

SSL Certificates are available upon request, but prices vary depending on the level of verification which is necessary (e.g full "green bar" validation is more expensive). Prices start from approximately £50.00 including installation.

eCommerce Websites & CMS

One of our key products is Cloudeware CMS. In contrast to conventional Content Management Systems, Cloudeware has been designed to be used within a more traditional website giving the site owner the ability to update specific sections, rather than making the whole thing editable - this leads to simpler administration and a more powerful bespoke configuration.

Cloudeware includes a powerful framework for building eCommerce websites as well as more traditional CMS applications such as Blogs.
